A Houston, Texas native and proud U.S. Navy veteran, Antwine Charles Jr. built his entrepreneurial journey the same way he was trained in the military — with discipline, structure, and a relentless commitment to getting things right.

Antwine channeled the organizational and administrative skills he sharpened in uniform into launching his first business in 2019 — a virtual assistant company. That experience put him face-to-face with real entrepreneurs and real problems. He listened, he learned, and he grew. By 2024, he had evolved into an administrative consultant, helping businesses operate smarter from the inside out. Then in 2025, Antwine opened his first firm — supporting clients with legal document verification and business financial planning.

Each step taught him something new. Now his mission is to hand that knowledge directly to aspiring entrepreneurs — without the years of trial and error it took to earn it.
